IDILIQ Group Uncategorized

When it comes to IDILIQ it’s a win-win!

IDILIQ Esates is part of the IDILIQ Group, who are pioneers of the resort-based residence concept. Made up of four sub-brands, IDILIQ Hotels & Residences, IDILIQ Developments, IDILIQ Estates and IDILIQ Management, the group collectively designs, develops and manages residences, and sells resort-based properties in some of the most sought-after holiday destinations around the world. IDILIQ Estates goes even further by also offering resale properties along the Costa del Sol, bringing the joy of home ownership abroad to countless thousands of happy owners.

The IDILIQ Group has come a long way since founder Roy Peires opened his first resort on the Costa del Sol in 1984 – a vastly different landscape to the one we see today in 2022. However, our 40-year history, expertise and full 360 service are what sets us apart from other real estate companies and make us a name you can trust.

Take a little trip down memory lane with us and see for yourself how far we have come!
